It’s been a couple years since I went to PBM, and usually I only ordered their sandwiches for take out. This time we sat down to have lunch… I was pleasantly surprise with the quality and taste of their dishes. I and my friend ordered the vermicelli bowl with grilled beef, another friend ordered Bun Bo Hue. My bowl was heaping full of goodies. The grilled beef was tender, flavorful, with several grilled shrimps and 2 good size egg rolls. Honestly it’s the best vermicelli noodle in town Bun Bo hue was piping hot, very good flavor broth with the right spices and heat. The young server was friendly and attentive, she came back 2x during our meal to check on us. I also ordered 2 grilled beef Banh mi to go. Will definitely coming back soon to try other dishes

First time trying and I will be back! There was an issue with my first pho bowl but they remade it with no issue. Chicken Pho was packed with chicken! Will be back to try the fruit teas. Thea was such a great server also, very attentive.

I had an amazing experience at Paris Banh Mi thanks to Mei. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. She went above and beyond with her service—quick, friendly, and extremely professional. Mei made great recommendations, kept everything moving smoothly, and created a positive atmosphere the whole time. It’s rare to come across someone who takes that much pride in their work, and it really shows. Because of her, I’ll definitely be coming back. If you visit, I highly recommend asking for Mei—you won’t be disappointed.

Paris Banh Mi is located in Sawmill. It’s a good place to eat if you like Vietnamese food. Unlike other Vietnamese restaurants they do have many food and dessert options including for Vegans. I tried the Bon Bu Hue and it didn’t disappoint. They’re generous with the spices in the broth, which I like. The meat portion could’ve been more but it’s still ok. This place is good for either eating solo or with friends and family. Good minimalist atmosphere. Enough free parking space. Lunch for 2 people would cost about $40. I just wish the food cost was couple dollars cheaper. $8 for boba tea is higher than other places. I was served with a jagged plastic glass for my water, which could cut my lips (look at the picture). Clean bathroom though.

Everything was absolutely packed with flavor and extremely fresh and delicious. I didn’t plan on eating here only came after reading and seeing google reviews and photos. I was already planning my next trip here before I even finished my meal. The staff were extremely helpful and kind in helping me pick out what I ordered.Awesome awesome place
